Accident involving multiple vehicles in Singapore!!
Two people died and eight were injured in a six-vehicle accident in Tampines on the morning of April 22.
The accident involved six vehicles, including 4 cars, a van, and a mini bus.
This incident occurred at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Avenue 4.
The police and SCDF were alerted at around 7.05am to the accident.
Among the victims, a 17-year-old girl from Temasek Junior College, who was on her way to a school event, and a 57-year-old woman from a pest control company, tragically lost their lives.
The injured were taken to various hospitals for treatment.
Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with several vehicles badly damaged.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
The SCDF said that commendations will be given to those who assisted the injured.
The accident caused significant traffic delays in the area.
