A boat carrying migrants sank near the Greek island of Samos, said the coastguard.
Sadly, one person died and 25 others were rescued.
Four migrants are still missing, said the officials.
The search continues for the missing individuals, they added.
The rescued migrants were taken to safety.
In another incident, Greek authorities chased down a speedboat carrying migrants near Chios island.
They found 20 migrants, including two children, who had just arrived there.
Since 2015, Greece has been a common route for migrants entering the European Union.
