A 6-day raid conducted by CNB in Singapore!!
During a six-day raid by the Central Narcotics Bureau, 67 people, including a 16-year-old girl, were arrested for suspected drug crimes.
The operation, from April 21 to April 26, covered areas like Aljunied, Beach Road, Bukit Batok, Bukit Merah, and Corporation Drive.
CNB seized drugs like cannabis, heroin, and ketamine worth around $62,000.
A 50-year-old Singaporean man was caught with cannabis, Erimin-5 tablets, ecstasy, Ice, drug tools, and $9,081 cash in Bukit Batok.
In his car, officers found more heroin and ecstasy.
Another 46-year-old Singaporean man was arrested with cannabis and Ice in Corporation Drive.
CNB warned the members of the public that owning any part of the cannabis plant is offence under the law.
Those caught with less than 330g of cannabis could face up to 10 years in prison or a $20,000 fine, or both.
Investigations into all arrested individuals are ongoing, said the officials.
