A 31-year-old motorcyclist had an accident in Bukit Batok on May 14.
When he was riding his motorcycle suddenly it slipped at a junction.
The motorcycle slipped on its own, said the officials.
The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force were alerted to the incident at around 8 am.
The man was conscious when they took him to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

A child, wearing a helmet, was seen standing on the motorcycle after it skidded.
According to the law, pillion riders on motorcycles should be at least 10 years old.
Police investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the accident.
